Well...we traded The Mrs' 2008 Highlander Limited loaded to the gills for a 2011 Swagger Wagon LE. *sigh*
Immediately, I began thinking of how I'm going to pull the appearance toward the XLE/Limited end of the spectrum. Anyone know if the grill swap would be as easy as unbolting and bolting. I only ask because in the past, I've encountered the issue of different trim level = different install. Without having done the [delete]eyeballing[/delete] research myself, just checking to see if it's already been done.
I saw cape97s thread about his wheels and HIDs. Maybe I search-FAILed, but I couldn't find any information about the Sienna bolt pattern. I'm not interested in spacers, so I'm trying to figure out if the 19" Highlander wheels or any other 19" Toyota wheels would fit on the Sienna. Those 10s that come on the LE are unbearable...well, they're 17s, but still. There are 18's and 19's available for the Sienna, but I doubt I'll find a pair on eBay as easily as a set of Highlander wheels.
Finally, which HID vendor on eBay is the vendor du jour? I know there are a few that people tend to stick to. I've been out of the modding "scene" for a few years now, so I'm not even sure which seller on eBay is gonna send me a legit bulb & ballast or a string of XMas lights.
Who knows what's next? Foldable mirrors, dual moonroof covered with plexiglass, fin-type antenna...the list goes on.

since you mentioned me on your thread I guess I should reply on it. here's what you want to know:
2011 Sienna:
bolt pattern is 5x114.3 or 5x4.5 same thing
center bore: 60.1mm
If you were considering getting 19's TRUST ME. DON'T. it would cost more than an arm an a leg to get 19" tires than if you were to get 20" tires. 19" tires are much harder to come by and not much brands to choose from. I have 20's on mine and because of the lip, the wheel acutally looks more like 19's. If you really want to go that route, you can go with 18's which is still far cheaper than 19" sets. if you don't believe me check out tirerack.com and compare 19" tires to 18 and 20" tires. you'll be surprised.
About spacers, if you are not going to get a custom wheel with custom offsets ( which would probably cost you at least 2,500+ a set), chances are that the wheels you choose won't be flushed to the wheel wells. Getting spacers actually widens the stance of your car by pushing the wheels out and making your car more stable at the same time. I know there are people that really believe that spacers are dangerous. again, TRUST ME. they're not all that scary. BIG IF though, IF you choose a good brand like H&R's for spacers, then you wont have a problem because theyre hubcentric and this means that the spacers actually becomes somehow integrated to your specific center bore of your car and kind of becomes an extension of your wheels also. Even race cars use spacers and they don't break at all. In my experience I've never seen good spacers ever break anything.
About HID's, if you want to spend money on a quality HID kit, try V-leds.com and type in E936K3 for a 10% off on their kits and their kits are 150/set but are definitely quality stuff. Now if spending 40 bucks per kit is even better, go to ebay.com and type in "Xentec HID 9006". you can get Xentecs which are also slim kits which have never failed me also on quality.
Hope this helps you and ask me any questions you want answers on.

Thanks! I'll check out V-LEDS.com for the lights. As far as the 19" tires, I'm well aware of the difference in cost. I've had all sorts of wheels and tires on various cars. The bottom line is that the 19" Highlander wheels are easier to come by than 18" or 20" Toyota wheels (not counting the millions of Tundra and Sequoia wheels). And buying that with tire is cheaper on eBay than brand new wheels and tires for those wheels. I just don't want to do that for this car. Just something simple for The Mrs. And definitely no spacers. I'm hard-headed when it comes to that issue. But the bolt battern and offset help a bunch. Thanks again! Your Swag Wagon is looking great, BTW.

DROD--I've got some 18" 2011 sienna rims/tires without sensors with about 200 miles on them. I'll be putting them on Ebay. $1000 plus shipping

Thanks, hydrosport. I'll check it out! That may be the easiest option...and the only one that will work without spacers.
And no offense, ACS Rob, but I'm not too fond of those gunmetal wheels on the SE.
