I am interested in replacing my dash trim with this and wondering if anyone has any suggestion/input/advise or if you might know of any better deal. I want the same color.

It looks okay from afar. DON'T BELIEVE PICTURES as they're taken at the best angle to give you a good looking perception.
I bought one years ago for my Rav4. And I can tell you what's wrong with them.
1. They're not 3-D. what that means is that you'll know they're stick-on just by looking at the edges. If you'll hoping for a factory look. look again. These are basically printed patterns with thick plastic coating.
2. Areas where it curves will eventually not stick, as these are flat, they don't like to stick on areas that's curve.
3. the plastic coating will turn yellow over time. I have the brush aluminum finish for the Rav, and now, it doesn't look too good, those yellow really will annoys you.

I was going to say brush aluminum... but with yellowish effect? NO thanks

Yikes....stay away from stick on. If you really want wood look, try an auto wrecker...you might be able to pull the pieces from a wrecked highlander. Personally, I much prefer my gray and silver highlights to the plwood look anyway (another reason I did not go with the limited).

Agreed - I would doubt the longevity of stick on. We upgraded our 08 Sport at the dealer when we bought it. $400 or something, but I didn't want to deal with problems down the road
