I rain-X the mirrors too when I do my windshields. So does not need these shades.

Mirrors are heated anyways.. Hit the heater button and it does its job...

A co worker and i got a pair for $4 each, figured wtf. if i dont like them i'll give them to someone else, lol. Dark smoke to match the weathertech vents.

of course!! they are intriguing, if they were any more $ I would not have gotten a set, but $4 wtf.

Never seen those before. Wonder if they would negatively affect side visibility...

I usually Rain-X my side mirrors and it works great at causing water to bead up and roll off.

That might give you problem when youre trying to bend your mirror. Plus, looking at your rearview mirror with the led on will loose your vision on the mirror

I don't really like the look of it. Seems as its more 'for show' than function. I mean rain can still get to that mirror depending what direction your facing and the direction of th rain falling.

i rain-x my mirrors as well, it should be interesting to give them a try. in theory, they should work. just a matter if they will actually work and how they look is another matter. For $4, wtf. I'll def.post some pics when I get them in and like them dryfit.
