WTF, I keep on hearing hissing noise on my 07 camry, hissing noise when i move the steering, or apply the brake gently, Please help, I take it to the dealer there telling me it is normal WTF?? there saying it is the vacume ..

yup. Sounds like the vacuum brake booster. Should be fixed under warranty.

Likely out of warranty at this point. Get under the hood with the engine idling and see if you can find a leaky hose.
