No power to efi fuse

Hey This is an ongoing problem here. First efi fuse would blow when key hit on. Fixed it, don't knoiw how. This is the 4th time. Now, fuse doesn't blow , but truck turns over , doesn't start. We found no power is getting to the fuse. We traced the red/white wire from efi fuse to under dash harness, continuity checked out for for current from there to fuse. Any suggestions from here. Thanks

Power goes directly from the battery to the 80 amp fuse via a fusible link (cable).

USUALLY, blowing the 80 amp fuse is because your O2 sensor wires are shorted/burned (exhaust).

Rabbit The efi fuse is 15 amp. We crossed a wire from battery hot to efi fuse and it starts up, but runs badly, too rich
