single ground electrode plugs ?

Anyone using single ground electrode plugs in 2nd Gen Camry ?

I'm guessing they are hotter than duals which should be okay but I've heard some Toyota's are finicky ......

You should only be using the standard (copper) single ground NGK or Denso plugs for best performance. Avoid any special plugs (iridiums, etc.) or multi-ground (Bosch, especially) plugs.

On the 4-cylinder, you can change the plugs in about 5 minutes for about $8...

Single ground NGK or ND are the best for these. Check Gaps.

As stated above, Nothing but the two above brands. Anything else and it will be a problem most likely. Plus the above happen to be nice and cheap. No autolites or champion either.

For others reading this... ND = Nippon Denso or just Denso

Are you saying to avoid iridium just because you don't need the expensive ones or do they actually make the performance worse?
